all I can see is "built up to and including the 1974 model" and it specifically includes the tnt 250 Canam as an eligible model.

All seems a bit pedantic to me.

Look like a nice bike btw, good luck with the sale

Watto, I thought your crap would have been cleared up in this previous post;

Thanks for trying to sabotage my sale anyway!
If you were even intested in placing a bit you can go jump, It's hard enough to have to part with it let along let a tosser like you near such a class bike.

Sorry for being a bit harse with my comment but if you knew why and how hard it is to sell this bike you might understand my reaction.

   I read the rule you mentioned and it goes on to say 'The only exception to this GCR is where the model remains unaltered after this date'. I'm no expert but as you put them together in 1975, was the 250 TNT unaltered? JC seemed to know what he was talking about in the previous post I mentioned.
  Even if it is altered?? I know of 4 other bikes the same that often compete and no one has ever complained, do you really think the shock mounted a poofteenth further up the swing arm (other makes have been doing it for years) is giving the bike a big enough advantage to warrant pulling the model from the class???
  I have to wonder why you are bringing up this point, did I beat you in a race or are you just trying to make less bikes on the race tracks???
