I've started with worse, it doesn't look all that bad. I'd grab it purely for its rarity. I've never heard of Moto Kosmos and a Google search made me none the wiser.

Try a search for Walter,and Francesco Villa in Italy one of the was linked to that bike,there was a few imported into the uk..........cheers

Reckon it would be pretty straight-foward resto, really.
Most parts would be Euro parts bin stuff.
And any part you can't get, you could make - and nobody would be able to tell you that it wasn't original...

The water-cooled motor and gold rims suggest 1982+ to me.
